What you get for free
- 20 recipe imports a month from Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, websites and photos. The allowance resets each month.
- Unlimited recipes added by hand, and unlimited collections. The limit is on importing, not on how big your cookbook can get.
- Grocery lists, grouped by aisle, with as many named lists as you like.
- Meal planning for the week ahead.
- A household of two, with the shared list and plan syncing live.
There's no advertising, and nothing you've already saved is ever taken away or locked behind an upgrade.
What Edition adds
- Unlimited imports.
- Nutrition and macros on your recipes.
- Cook mode — big step-by-step instructions that keep the screen awake and advance when you wave a hand over the phone.
- Bigger households.
- Planning as far ahead as you like, rather than the week in front of you.
Edition comes with a free trial, and current pricing is shown on the App Store listing and inside the app before you commit to anything.
You'll never be asked to pay to open the app or to look at something you've already saved. Upgrade prompts appear when you use a feature that needs Edition, and not before.
If you stop subscribing
Nothing is deleted. Your recipes, photos, collections and lists all stay exactly as they are — you move back to the free plan and keep everything. Features that need Edition stop being available, that's all.
Billing
Edition is billed by Apple, so subscribing, switching plan, cancelling and refunds all happen through your iPhone's Settings rather than through us. See managing your subscription for how each of those works.
Still stuck?
Email [email protected] and a person will read it — or write from inside the app, under More then Help.
