Masterplan — Veil Technologies LLC
Last Updated: July 11, 2026These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Veil Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Masterplan application ("the App"). By downloading, accessing, or using Masterplan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
To use Masterplan, you must be at least 16 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement (or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian), and not be barred from using the App under applicable law.
Masterplan uses passwordless sign-in: you access your account through a one-time email link, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the security of the email account and any Apple or Google account you use to sign in, and for all activity that occurs under your Masterplan account. You may not share or transfer your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Masterplan offers a free tier and a paid subscription called Masterplan Edition, available in monthly and annual plans. Billing is handled exclusively through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your App Store settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
New subscriptions may include a free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial converts automatically to a paid subscription and your App Store account is charged.
Some features depend on an active Edition subscription — including household sizes above the free limit. If the subscription of a household's owner lapses, shared household features may become view-only until it is renewed. The limits of the free tier (such as monthly recipe imports and the meal-planning window) may be adjusted over time.
Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies, not by us directly.
You may not misuse the App. In particular, you agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; use bots, scripts, or other automated means to access the App or bulk-import content; reverse engineer the software; upload harmful or unlawful content; or import or upload content you do not have the right to use. Recipes you import from third-party sources are for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to take action against violations, including suspending imports or terminating accounts.
All Masterplan content, branding, and software belong to Veil Technologies LLC. The recipes, meal plans, and other content you create or save remain yours. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the App — including syncing it across your devices, sharing it with members of a household you join, and, when you share a recipe or collection by link, making a copy of it viewable by anyone who has that link.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Recipe and nutrition information — including information extracted automatically from content you import — may be incomplete or inaccurate, and we are not responsible for dietary or nutritional decisions made based on app content. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. Any disputes will be handled in Pennsylvania courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept any changes.
